Refund Policy - The Basics
All sales are final. No Ducks Allowed does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Because of the nature of our products and order processing, we ask all customers to double-check product details, sizing, shipping information, and billing information before submitting an order. Once an order has been placed, it may already be in production or processing and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
Items will not be replaced or reviewed unless sufficient proof of the issue is provided. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims related to damaged, incorrect, or defective products.
Shipping Issues and Non-Refundable Situations
No Ducks Allowed is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for making sure their order and address details are correct before purchase.
We do not offer refunds for normal shipping delays, carrier issues outside of our control, or buyer mistakes made during checkout. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are no longer under our direct control.
